Giving You a Fighting Chance

“Empathetic Listening”

“Being accused of something you have not done by people who should be there to support you is devastating. Thank you so much for your time and empathic listening, and strong advice which is truly life saving.”

“Second to None”

“Rick was asked to review a case against the revocation of my firearms licence. Rick had my paperwork for a week he produced a comprehensive report highlighting evidence which I was not aware of. I was able to proceed with my appeal. Rick's work commitment is second to none. The file he produced enabled me to keep the costs down with the solicitors. I would recommend Wrongfully Accused Now for any investigatory work.”

After facing a serious false/malicious allegation from a minor, Rick Pendlebury was more than helpful in assisting me understand better the legal and police process involved. The discussions with Rick enabled me to have greater clarity about how matters would unfold. Despite the deep concern, the angst, the worry and genuine concern I was experiencing, Rick was able to provide the right guidance in terms of what to expect and also listen to everything that I had to say. In my case, the police dropped the case and relevant authorities deemed it a false allegation. Despite this coming as a relief, it is hard to express how negatively this impacted me personally for the weeks before the case was dropped. I have a sense now of what people go through when they face false allegations and the upheaval it causes them. Be sure that people like Rick who take the time out of their lives to support such people are few and far between. It is admirable the work you do and best wishes Rick.

"Took the time to advise me"

Don't hesitate to call WRONGFULLY ACCUSED NOW. Do not be intimidated by anyone if you are innocent. “The police had removed comments put on my DBS, even though they had admitted, I had not done anything criminal. I was never ever interviewed. This was instigated by a false allegation made up by a bully manager, instigated by a psychology student, who I had pulled up for inappropriate comments. An artificial state of probabilities was deliberately created by taking the alleger's statement, who was never present, as the truth. Also, four witnesses present during the time the alleged incident were never interviewed. An artificial state of probabilities was deliberately created by taking the alleger's statement. Thanks for support from all. I know, it was never serious like others, but for two years, it was a nightmare feeling, losing my confidence and constantly spending sleepless nights and wondering how did I land into such a situation. The DPS were informed and I had no comeback to get the false allegations removed. I had to go through a long process through the DPS to appeal that these remarks were removed from my DPS file. For two years, they passed the buck between the police and DPS. The comments have now been removed. This is appalling, innocent people are put through so much. Especially Thanks to Mr Rick Pendlebury, who took the time to advise me in the later stages. Should anyone face such false allegations, I would recommend Wrongfully Accused Now.

Dont trust the police

Rick help me when I had a charge against me.The officer messed me about for 8 months. With Rick's help and advice we built our own case file and on presenting this to the police, Suddenly all charges are dropped ! It has shown me that you can't trust the police to conduct a fair and impartial investigation. I would recommend anyone that is arrested to contact Rick and have him look through the case. Thank you Rick for everything

I can't thank Rick enough for his advice, commitment, encouragement and professionalism with concise legal and personal support when ever needed. I think if it wasn't for Rick at times I would have gone mad, Rick even worked through his holiday and I can't thank you enough. If there is anything at anytime you need and I can help, please have me at speed dial one. Thanks again Rick

5 Star

Most people look at comments to gain an insight on something or someone. You may think Rick's 5 star ratings is doubtful. Please allow me to confirm Rick is that shining STAR and has earned his respect from everyone he assists. I was was wrongfully accused of fraud I was besides myself with worry completely out my depth. I was lost in a world of deception and discrimination. At this point I was introduced to Rick and he soon produced an investigation report that offered depth and clarity explaining how and why I was abused by the Police. This was professionally backed up with the evidence behind his work. Without Rick I simply stood no change because I was being referred to by the Crown Prosecution as a man of straw. What they did not know is I was supported by a rock solid man who thrives on exposing the truth. Thank You Rick.
